  • No extra charges for overweight portions: If your portions exceed the specified weight range, you will not be charged extra. Enjoy more value with your purchase.

  • Delivery Timing: Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the following day (where available). Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next available day.
  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery for orders over $200. A $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $200.
  • Packaging: All seafood is packed in insulated, temperature-controlled containers and delivered in refrigerated trucks to maintain peak freshness throughout transit.
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within a 60km radius of Menai, NSW, and are expanding our service area to cover Melbourne soon.
