All seafood is packed on ice in insulated containers to maintain strict cold-chain control until collection. Pickup is available Monday to Friday (closed Sundays). Most of our range, including salmon, kingfish, barramundi, snapper, prawns, bugs, and sashimi items, is fresh and packed on ice under strict HACCP cold-chain standards for next-day delivery. We also stock a selection of frozen seafood, snap-frozen at peak quality to lock in texture and flavour. These items are clearly marked on each product page. In addition, certain products are available live when in season — including live pipis, live mussels, live mud crabs, and other select live seafood depending on availability.
