At Pearl Seafoods, we are committed to delivering your seafood quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please review the following information to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

Orders placed before 3 PM Monday to Saturday: These will generally arrive the next day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Sundays: Orders will arrive on Monday.
- Public Holidays: If the due date for delivery is a public holiday, the order will arrive on the next non-holiday weekday or Saturday.

Orders placed after 3 PM: These may take an additional day to arrive, depending on delivery schedules.
- For example:
- An order placed at 4 PM on Monday may arrive on Wednesday, not Tuesday.
- An order placed after 3 PM on Saturday will arrive on Monday.

Store Pickup
Orders are available for same-day pickup once you receive an SMS confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Order Cutoff Time:
- Orders placed before 7:00 am are eligible for same-day pickup.
- Orders placed after 7:00 am will be ready for pickup the next day.

Pickup Hours:
- Pickup is available from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Notifications:
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order is placed.
- A follow-up SMS will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
What to Bring:
Please bring your order confirmation number when collecting your order.

Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for addresses within a strict 60km radius of our shop, determined by eligible postcodes.

During Checkout:
- Enter your address and select the shipping option.
- If the local delivery option does not appear, your address is outside the delivery area, and delivery is not available.
- Please double-check your address or contact us at sales@pearlseafoods.com.au if you believe your address should qualify.

Delivery Schedule:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday will be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered on the next available day we are open.

- Deliveries occur between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm.

- Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays. Orders due on these days will be delivered on the next business day.

We aim to deliver your seafood safely and in top condition, ensuring every order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Flat Delivery Fee:
- Orders under $200 within the 60km delivery radius are charged a flat $20 delivery fee.

Free Shipping:
- Orders over $200 within the 60km delivery radius are delivered free of charge.

Packaging and Ice Included:
- Delivery fees cover the cost of premium insulated packaging and ice to maintain freshness during transit.

Special Offers:
- Occasionally, we may waive delivery fees as part of promotional offers or for customers leaving Google reviews.

General Customer Policies

Preferred Drop-Off Locations:
During checkout, you can leave a note in the Cart Screen with your preferred drop-off location (e.g., “next to the door” or “inside the porch”). Deliveries are left at the specified location in insulated packaging with adequate ice to ensure freshness. -
Incorrect Addresses:
- If an incorrect address is provided:
- Redelivery Option: Customers may choose to pay for redelivery to the correct address.
- No Refunds: Refunds will not be offered for orders delivered to an incorrect address.
