We deliver across greater Sydney 6 days a week, ensuring you can enjoy our delicious seafood products throughout the year. Here's What You Need To Know About Our Delivery Service:

Delivery Areas:We currently deliver to our retail customers across all major suburbs within 60km of Sydney. We expect to begin Melbourne retail deliveries within the next few months, so check back soon. You will be unable to complete your online order if your delivery address is outside the 60 km radius of Sydney. You will receive an online pop-up warning the order cannot be placed.

Delivery Days and Times:We offer deliveries 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered the following day. You can expect your delivery to arrive before 1pm the next day. Deliveries are packaged in foam cartons with plenty of ice so if you're not home we can leave in a safe place. Please make a note in "Delivery Instructions" where you would like your delivery left.

Delivery Costs: For all orders totalling over $200 you will receive free delivery. For all other orders under $200 there will be a $20 delivery fee.

Delivery Process: Once your order is placed and paid for, you'll receive a confirmation text or email with your Order Number. When the order is packed at Pearl Seafoods and ready for delivery you will receive an email or text message saying your order is on it's way for delivery. Our refrigerated delivery trucks will ensure your seafood arrives fresh and chilled.

  • Minimum Order Value

    There is no minimum order amount; however, to qualify for free shipping, the minimum order must be $200. Orders below this amount will incur a standard delivery fee.

  • Order Cut-Off Time

    Orders placed before a 3pm will be dispatched for delivery the next day (if applicable). Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following business day.

  • Tracking Your Order

    Customers will receive an email confirmation with their Order Number. To track their order, they can contact Pearl Seafoods with the Order Number for assistance.
