Ingredients

  1. 2 shallots, finely chopped
  2. 400g fresh tuna loins
  3. Taco kit (includes seasoning and tortillas)
  4. 2 cups coleslaw
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Garlic aioli (for topping)
  7. Salsa (from taco kit)
  8. 1 avocado, sliced
  9. 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  10. Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method

  1. Finely chop 2 of the shallots and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked tuna and seasoning from the taco kit. Toss to combine. In a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw with lemon juice and season to taste.
  2. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Cook the tortillas from the taco kit for about 20 seconds on each side until lightly browned.
