Ingredients

  1. 800g cooked Tiger Prawns, peeled and deveined
  2. 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  3. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. ½ tsp lemon juice
  6. A few drops of Tabasco (optional, for heat)
  7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  8. 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  9. 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Method
