Ingredients

  1. 800g cooked Tiger Prawns, peeled and deveined
  2. 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  3. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  4. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  5. ½ tsp lemon juice
  6. A few drops of Tabasco (optional, for heat)
  7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  8. 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  9. 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
  10. Fresh parsley or dill, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. If your tiger prawns are not pre-peeled, begin by peeling and deveining them after they are cooked. If the prawns are already cooked, simply peel and devein them as needed.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), and paprika to make the cocktail sauce. Stir until smooth and well combined.
