  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery for orders over $200. A $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $200.
  • Packaging: All seafood is packed in insulated, temperature-controlled containers and delivered in refrigerated trucks to maintain peak freshness throughout transit.
  • Delivery Area: We deliver within a 60km radius of Menai, NSW, and are expanding our service area to cover Melbourne soon.

Preparation Tips

  • Cleaning: Rinse the oysters under cold water to eliminate any dirt or particles on the shell. If needed, use a scrub brush to thoroughly clean the outer surface.
  • Opening: Use an oyster knife to carefully pry the shell open, starting at the hinge. Gently twist the knife and slide it along the shell to detach the muscle, then remove the top half of the shell.
