Chef's Tip

A great tuna poke bowl is all about freshness, balance, and texture. Sashimi-grade tuna absorbs the light soy, sesame, and rice vinegar dressing beautifully while still letting its clean natural flavour shine. Creamy avocado, seasoned sushi rice, crunchy toppings, and pickled ginger create contrast in every bite, making the dish feel light, vibrant, and deeply satisfying.
