600g swordfish portions
1 pinch saffron threads
2 tablespoons warm water (for saffron infusion)
1 large tomato, diced
1 roasted capsicum, sliced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 chili, sliced (adjust to taste)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
