600g banana prawns, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
Extra lemon wedges, to serve
Steps
Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss the banana prawns with olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
