Ingredients List

  1. 300g Loligo squid (cleaned and prepared)
  2. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  3. 1 small chili (chopped)
  4. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Lemon wedges (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped chili, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create the marinade.
  3. Add the Loligo squid to the bowl, tossing gently to coat the squid evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Place the squid on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the squid turns opaque and is lightly charred.
  5. Remove the squid from the grill and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
