Ingredients

  1. 10 x 200g ora king salmon portions, skin on
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. Salt, to taste
  4. Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  5. Lemon wedges, to serve
  6. Fresh dill sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Arrange the Ōra King Salmon portions on the prepared tray, leaving a little space between each portion. Drizzle evenly with the olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Bake for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the portions.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow the salmon to rest for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
