- 10 x 180g king salmon fillets, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, to serve

- Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
