Chef's Tip

The secret to great oyster shooters is temperature and balance. Fresh Pacific oysters should be served ice cold so their clean, briny flavour cuts through the rich Bloody Mary mix. Keep the tomato base sharp, spicy, and well-seasoned — bold enough to wake up the palate without masking the freshness of the premium seafood underneath.
