Ingredients List

  1. 300 g sashimi-grade Yellowfin tuna
  2. 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. Juice of 1 lime
  5. 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  6. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  7. Soy sauce and lime wedges, for serving

Steps

  1. With a sharp knife, slice the tuna into thin 0.5cm pieces. Arrange on a serving platter alongside the avocado slices.
  2. Mix the olive oil and lime juice in a small bowl. Just before serving, drizzle the lime dressing over the tuna and avocado. Sprinkle with spring onions and season lightly with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Present with soy sauce for dipping and additional lime wedges, if preferred.
