Preparation Tips for Chilled Eastern Rock Lobster Cooked

• Cleaning: Rinse the lobster under cold water, scrubbing the shell lightly to remove any debris. Make sure to clean the underbelly and legs thoroughly.
• Serving Whole: Since the lobster is already cooked, you can serve it chilled or at room temperature. No further cooking is required.
• Splitting: For serving, split the lobster lengthwise from head to tail. Remove the digestive tract and rinse the cavity.
• Removing Meat: Use kitchen shears to carefully cut along the shell to remove the meat from the tail and claws. Be gentle to keep the meat intact.
