    • 300g tuna saku
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp mirin (optional)
    • 1 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
    • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced (for garnish)
    • 1-2 spring onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Steps

    1. First, heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and let it heat up until shimmering, but not smoking.
