    • 1kg thawed greenlip mussels
    • cleaned and debearded
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • finely chopped
    • 1 red chilli
    • finely sliced
    • 400g canned diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • Salt and black pepper
