Ingredients List

  1. 300 g cooked Vannamei prawns, peeled and deveined
  2. 1 large ripe mango, julienned
  3. 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  4. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

  6. A handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  7. Juice of 1 lime
  8. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  9. 1 tsp sugar
