Steps
- Finely chop 2 of the shallots and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked tuna and seasoning from the taco kit. Toss to combine. In a separate bowl, mix the coleslaw with lemon juice and season to taste.
- Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Cook the tortillas from the taco kit for about 20 seconds on each side until lightly browned.
- Thinly slice the remaining 2 shallots. Divide the coleslaw mixture among the tortillas. Top each tortilla with the tuna mixture, garlic aioli, salsa from the taco kit, avocado, and sliced shallot. Serve the tacos with lemon wedges on the side.
