Ingredients

  • 500g sashimi-grade tuna, sourced fresh from Pearl Seafoods
  • 2 avocados, sliced into thick, creamy portions
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice, plus extra lime wedges for serving
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced for a fresh garnish
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) light soy sauce for dipping

Steps

  1. With a sharp knife, slice the tuna into thin 0.5cm pieces. Arrange on a serving platter alongside the avocado slices.
