Steps
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Mix in the sushi seasoning and set aside.
- In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine the tuna, sliced shallot, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame seeds, and chilli flakes. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- Divide the seasoned rice into serving bowls. Add the marinated tuna mixture and avocado pieces on top. Garnish with pickled ginger and shallow-fried wonton wrappers, if desired, and serve.
