800g cooked Tiger Prawns, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp lemon juice
A few drops of Tabasco (optional, for heat)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Steps
