Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dried multigrain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
- 720g flathead
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup tartare sauce, to serve
- Coleslaw, to serve
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- In a shallow dish, combine the dried multigrain breadcrumbs and finely grated parmesan cheese. In a separate bowl, place the low-fat natural yoghurt. Coat each flathead fillet in yoghurt, ensuring it's well covered, then dip into the breadcrumb mixture to coat thoroughly.
