  • 1kg grrenlip mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Crusty bread, to serve
