- 12 thawed scampi, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber, diced

- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
