Steps
- In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, cucumber, prawns, feta, and oregano. Toss gently to mix.
- For the dressing, whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then add it to the salad and toss gently. Set aside.
- Preheat a barbeque or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Mix the olive oil and garlic, then brush this mixture over both sides of the bread. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve the prawn salad alongside the garlic bread.
