Ingredients
- 500g king prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce (or to taste)
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Method
- In a bowl, combine the chopped red chilli, lime juice and zest, olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the king prawns to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
