Ingredients List

  1. 500g salmon mince
  2. 500g mashed potato
  3. 3 gherkins, finely chopped
  4. 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  5. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  6. 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  7. Olive oil for frying

Steps
