200g smoked salmon, flaked
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
12 wonton wrappers

Steps
Heat vegetable oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat.
